Disappointed to see a Capital Raise , really believed the previous one was the last one but in the absence of real revenue it has become a reality.

EV1 is planning to do into design freeze for their next generation battery in August (from memory) so you would imagine by June or July we will know if we are in their plans. If we are , the share price will be up 10 times from present levels. If not, we may stagnate in the 2c range for some time until we are able to close a deal elsewhere.

I think they will raise funds , current prices look compelling as a buy in point for a new investor with potentially outrageous upside returns in a short time frame

Cold comfort though for long standing holders like myself who have pumped in cash over the years to keep the company afloat and have not been rewarded.
