    Groote Resources may not need the ALC's approval to mine the waters around Groote but will they every get approval when the NT Government have classed Groote Eylandt being a site of International conservation significance as well as having many threatened and endangered species including 4 of the worlds 7 sea turtles.
    It will never happen..
