Cheap as chips acquisition for the plant. With existing processing rights. This is massively great news for the company.
Reduced CAPEX ..
My only thought on the negative side is how does this effect OPEX? Transporting 1 million tonnes of ore 60km away surely is not cheap? This means the company needs less funding for construction and less dilution which is awesome, but what about being a low cost producer if the spod price stays around $1100-$1300t US for a 10 year period?
