What if the reason for Wah Nam's off-market purchase of 1 million shares from WR, at a premium to the prevailing market price, was simply because of a time constraint?

They have been happy to accumulate in the past and effectively hold the price down while they did so. Why suddenly change tactics and pay more than they needed to, simply to acquire the new shares in one bite, unless there was a good reason to acquire them quickly.

Could this be the first indication of a significant announcement ahead in the near term? I would sure like to think so!
