so, - you must think that - having a comprehension test to allow people to register to vote - at ANY age - should be a good idea charlie?

after all - if someone is bright enough to comprehend the issues and politics

then, it shouldn't matter if they are 6 years old or 106 years old

allowing the best people to vote and filtering out those who have low or no comprehension sounds like a good idea? don't you think?
