Ann: Placement Raises $1 Million, page-12

I’m happy with the way this traded yesterday. We closed on 1c which has been our resistance level for months on end despite the raise price of 8. The business is getting trying to lead change and the strategic acquisition sounds very interesting….beats trading around 7 and waiting each three months for a qtly report. Hopefully we see continued growth and expansion with our core products and this extra spice takes us into new business and share price territory. A cap raise was always coming, at least now the Band-Aid has been ripped off and the placement should be in sticky hands.
