Nobody seemed to want to discuss this before, so I'll ask again.
When the FIRB makes a decision on allowing or disallowing United Tractors interest in NIC to exceed 20% as a consequence of NICs proposed buyback, does that decision have to be announced publicly? It looks to me like some buyback support of the share price may be already happening.
