LMAO .... any new/potential investor(s) should be looking at the official Mesoblast ASX announcements rather than HC comments ? It's all there in the official ASX announcements - the company isn't hiding anything so I am not sure why you think you need to be the savior in this scenario ? It's nothing more than spamming by you on the subject but hey whatever helps you get through the day or makes you feel good I guess.....
IMHO it will be a fizzer just like the USA version of it was leaving the lawyers and funders with a small payday while investors get pennies on the dollar or even nothing at all ? If the most litigious country in the world (USA) settled for nothing more than a nuisance payment from the PI insurers, then I doubt the Australian version will go very far ... lol
