will we get a 5pm Friday update? eagerly waiting to see what comminiere does with no money and a massive fine. This would definetly force the hand of Comminiere, DRC, Cami and all the currupt parasites living off this fiasco.
40m fine, who will pay it? Can it be argued as not payable given the ICC has already ruled? Doubt it, can they not pay it? Assets will be frozen and proof of DRC not complying to world institutions - disaster.
So i feel this is now a tangible outcome and will force the hand of those waiting it out...
Ofcourse, dont wait on AVZ to tell us, they seem to think they have this under control and only share when they have to or overshare when they needed us to support them at the AGM. Not happy with our BoD but it is out best option.
