My concern is, (after what you wrote above that is), that XStrata made no move on CDU when the sp hit the lows.

What better times did they have to make the move, if they really had the intention of doing so???

If was the opportunity of a lifetime for them if they wanted to do it, and there would have been heaps and heaps of holders willing to let go of their owns shares while the iron was hot.

Conjectures will not get us anywhere fast in life and investing. Facts do.
