I hope he's been waving his magic wand around, so that the poles and wires can support "every home with a 3 pin plug" to charge their rapidly depreciating EVs.
The tide will have turned against EVs before any infrastructure improvements can support a fraction of his la la land fantasy.
The only thing that will keep EVs going is the continued push/force/coercion by near-sighted Governments.
