Mostly property and term deposits right now.
It's in term deposits because I'm waiting for the local council to approve my building consent. I've got some other money in shares, a natural resources fund, a couple of international share funds, but not huge amounts.

I don't need to borrow money, I've got plenty, more than I can ever possibly spend in my lifetime unless I start buying Ferraris or Lamborghinis.
