We certainly need more tradies and women/girls need a designated female only TAFE and work environment where they aren't the subject of male hormones and discrimination. A designated TAFE of this type would foster future building companies via mutual interests and TAFE made friendships.
Clearly this is needed to stop women/girls from leaving the industry and encourage new participants.
