Could it be linked in with the necessary deal for Chinese based $'s to build port/rail link for NWIOA. Who will Wham Nam be transferring ownership to once deal is done, ? Sinosteel involved. I don't understand the details but this transfer instinctively to me looks to be tied in with infrastructure deal still to come.
Does anyone know the expected timeline/dates for firstly Hancock rail (? Dec) and secondly a known result from MRRT review panel?
I am wondering if BRM will wait for Hancock first
