Yep, back in as well. This stock has been very good to me- albeit held large paper losses from time to time.
The details of the offer should not command an over large premium but it should be worth something. Or was the buildup in the SP before the offer the premium? Whatever.
The trend the last two days has been low volume bot selling pushing the SP down and then late buying. That could indicate someone buying in without scaring the horses. Maybe. Or not.
Anyway, strapped in.
