    I agree with Will as well.

    WA is an expensive jurisdiction, mine operators don't come cheap in the harsh desert.

    No mention of high CAPEX costs in Australia, when the Li Prices were rocketing.

    Now many mines in WA will struggle to even cover costs due to the decrease in Li prices ( Except Greenbush ).In fact some will go to C&M ,and some will never go into production, unless we get a sustained Li price increase. (However,I think we seen the bottom in the price cycle).

    Discovery to production in Australia is slow approximately 7 years, and Canada is10 years, due to Red and green tape and native title issues.

    Brazil is pro mining ,has quick permitting ,and much lower CAPEX and OPEX costs .

    So the sovereign risk you mention is incorrect ,it is Australia and Canada.
