I didn't say the lectures had to be female. And a handful may become a bucketful if we build it - they will come. As for discrimination, there is none, given men/boys already have like (existing) institutions. Think of it like a nunnery of acolyte tradies or a private lady's college . In any case thank for your unhelpful critique bereft of potential solutions to the problem of the shortage of female tradies.
