Some were there 7 hours. Paramedic shifts ran to overtime.

There has to be Triage of patients before and after patient transport.
Some could sit in wait room, or go to own GP

If there was a disaster, the system would fail = it's broken.

There has been a spate of immigrant drownings at beaches.
The morninng papers cover a campaign to have warning signs about water safety in foreign languages.
Given the variety of migrants, they would be very big signs.
