i don't disagree with this statement, "it’s managements job to build brand awareness, create a meaningful product/ service, generate meaningful revenue in the most cost effective way they can… whilst they update the market given their public listing."
But it is not Management's job to bail out people that are underwater, by creating artificial "buy backs" or creating puffery announcements, which is what some shareholders believe is their due.
Everyone makes mistakes with entries, me included. But this stock seems to have a prepondearance of folks that bought the highs and think there is some magical potion to undo the damage. Only time or averaging down will unravel the situation.
The movements in the substantial shareholder notices are a good indication of what is happening... just follow along and do what they do, is what I say. Any stock that is being manipulated is a stock worth holding, at least that is what I have found.
