Overtunes, perhaps you should learn about what real shares are before you start posting on them. There will be no placement at the discount you want. I can see a placement, but at a substantial premium - say 90c.
Have you not heard of consolidation? That's what happens with shares - they don't go up in a straight line.
Check out the SFR chart, it went up and down all the way on its larger uptrend to $7.
