They seem to have a history of over-promising and under-delivering to investors, so it would seem logical to assume that customers get the same. This might explain why they seem very quick to announce trials, partnership arrangements, LOI's etc, but then nothing more is heard about them. It certainly doesn't fill me with enthusiasm - which is a bit frustrating given that they appear to offer a unique way to invest in the emerging metering & embedded network area.
