Agree with what you said, but wouldnt Szzl before Nasdaq would have done some serious due diligence & cross checks with authorities and binding partners, visited the site, check all licenses and permits, check resource size and grade, before commiting a 150 USD $ company merger with $EUR, they have some serious institutional holders on board, they were loosing money every month when the delays were happening for Nasdaq, wouldnt they have pulled the plug if they ever thought this project will never commence ? also they put everything on line of all the available prospects and IPOd with only EUR out of so many options available with companies lining up for back door entrance on Nasdaq? All lithium stocks have taken a big hit and no one wants to put in money on explorers for now, but IMO as soon as interest rates start going on, rally will be on for small and mid caps, coz they cant let just big caps, banks and big miners run for ever!!
