DB is involved in both MEC, BPH and Advent.
Are you saying one part of DB is not telling the other part, what is going on. As in, DB has multiple personalities.
You need to understand the company structures and how DB fits in.
Thats a wild claim that MEC has been given "inside information". Can you substantiate that claim?
