Be careful with the 'still on board' thinking. He holds shares but has already sold down 20% at a substantial loss. The last time I saw him in the office (I'm no longer there) he was not happy. Given the new substantial has taken 30%+ i think Diamond is likely to keep selling. I remember he got all of the management team in the board room and said 'no one is to sell'. A year later he sold some. His son didn't last long in the company, but then again no one did back then.
