    "With a stress on the "many" who want to take action, today's FOMC minutes are in line with market expectations. Though policy makers are still debating policy details, a second round of quantitative easing is more than ever the expected outcome of the November 3 FOMC meeting.

    Intel beat estimates after the close as did railroad operator CSX, extending what early on is a strong earnings season. The Dow rose slightly to 11,020. Rates edged higher with the 2-year Treasury at 36 basis points and the 10-year at 2.42 percent. The dollar index slipped to 77.34 with gold at $1,350 and oil at $82.50."
