investing $750k and borrowing half of it risking 30 years of hard work, on a couple of weeks research and advice from a couple of people smarter than me. Yes some people would say ballsy.
But after remembering what I have lost and am about to lose having big balls isn’t all it’s made out to be bro. More like greed and not following the rules than big balls.
