i would have thought that was a pretty standard term in these types of agreements? IGO is the obvious natural partner but if they are not willing to recognise appropriate value to BUX I don’t see how this prevents BUX from achieving this or introducing another partner to the project. It is not an agreement to give them projects or free, just an opportunity to match any bid. If they make a major discovery can’t see how they don’t have significant leverage still. Anyway would be interested in others interpretation of this and also the companies plans for drilling at Wolverine.
