IF it will pass (and reps are dominant in the House) this will massively derisk Estelle.
Whatever people think of management, Chris has aced this so far. He is really connected to the right people in Alaska and by proxy Washington (despite the suit).
Any dip will be short lived IMO especially with 2300 POG
