Chalice mining went to $4.5b market cap dont forget, on discovery alone.
An impressive discovery, but if ARL gets the deal structure hinted at in this announcement, we will have a credible pathway to unlock the full $100b or so in ground value.
I see a scenario here where the deal structure requires consortia partners to fund not just the dfs, but the mining capex also, before they secure offtake.
in this scenario ARL just grinds higher and higher and could be a $10-20 stock. Not saying it would be fair value, but think about it, chalice hits $4.5b on discovery, why wouldnt we hit $4b on the right deal structure?
