What is happening is exactly what Scientists (and therefore we) want to see. The whole point is that each Phase of investigation needs to prove what happened in the previous Phase and more convincingly. This time the hypothesis held up in a double blind trial. Hurray!
As the results released are preliminary, and all of the data is not being published at the time of the Announcement of headline news, it is professional and appropriate that the language used is circumspect. In the scientific world it is expected not to get ahead of yourself. The data must speak for itself.
However, it is clear that we are on the right track and that the preliminary results point to success and that the study answered the questions convincingly.
I see every reason to be optimistic and happy with the announcement. And I am looking forward to more positive and interesting reports on the effect of BIT225.
