I can assure you ,only training will help you in the situation you talk about.
You are making up a fantasy, trying to portray something as not what it is. Maybe you should be assessing your outlook on events such as this.
Your thoughts seem disjointed and confused. What made you think ANZAC day was about helping people fight with bayonets? Perhaps you have misinterpreted something somewhere.
