I agree with your summation...but have you done the numbers..MAY is the junior partner here and given your assumed initial production numbers the share price potential for MAY looks weak despite your appetite for classing this as one of "the largest onshore discoveries" for many years."
The lack of the market "jumping on board" despite the potential says something..!!
I am a keen holder but am wary of the risks here..!!
