1ST1 SP hasn't rocketed but hopefully its the start of positive news flow that will send the trend back in the positive direction. I'm not sure whether people realize the significance of this result, as some have focussed too much on a "perceived" negative. Please remember that the 7 day patch for severe pain is not out of the equation, and that the main result is confirmation of therapeutic doses of oxycodeine being transmitted to blood plamsa via a patch. Those dissapointed about the severe pain issue, step back and take in some information about pain management. There is not one available 7 day remedy for pain avialable on the market, ie tablet, gel, injection, (maybe a continuous IV infusion plugged into you forever). So the fact that this patch delivers the goods on even 1 day is outstanding and ground breaking, no matter what the level of pain it is for, and the fact that the 7 day patch works to certain levels even before tweeking is groundbreaking. For those who think a daily patch doesn't cut it, because of maybe inconvenience, of changing a patch every day, then think again. Does taking tablets 4 hourly and injections 6 hourly make it more conveniant ? This patch provides a steady state of dose, minimizes side effects, rebound etc etc Ladies and Gentlemen please sit back and think about what has been confirmed here today. IMO the SP is where it is today is because the average punter has not grasped what these results show and do for POH.
