In simple terms, Probanx (the software company that is making money) is lending money to ISX Financial (the eMoney / Flykk company) - by issuing free Probanx shares to that company and then (I am not certain of this next step - so don't quote me) lending against those shares for in return for cash so that ISX Financial is adequately capitalised. In the case of ISX Financial B. V. then (later) writing the value of that holding down to zero (presumably the Netherlands venture didn't work out).

ISX Financial lost around 1 million pounds in the last full year results.

Looks like eMoney isn't such a good business after all.
