He needs it to cover $100K penalties for misreporting a $490M loss when they knew it was actually a $1.1B loss. I ask the forum members: Is this the kind of person you want at the helm of LKE, especially given that he was fired and McDermott was declared bankrupt?
It sounds like, rather than being an expert in startups, he is an expert at shutdowns. Luckily, he's not an airline pilot.
