a series of short term lower lows and higher
highs could be early signs that the 'cycle'
(curvilinear envelopes) is peaking and
about to turn...
on the other hand a series higher lows and lower
highs could dictate the continuation of the cycle
via a 'chart pattern'...
it will boil down to how far the 'dominant' cycle
has matured to determine whether we have peaked
or not...
