Microsoft & Google are mighty software / cloud businesses, with impressive AI capabilities but they would have to build all the connectors and the relationships Dubber already has in place to get into this space.
Microsoft or Google should really be buying Dubber to get the telco connectivity in a single, small (for them) acquisition, rather than wasting time building the connectors and relationships again, or before the other does first..
I don't think the missing $ is really what matter right now & I think AW understands this.
What really matters right now is (a) does Dubber's appalling leadership understand the opportunity before them, and (c) are they capable of pulling off the deal they should be doing with Microsoft?
