    is this a collaborative blocking stake. Thorney offload whilst Tiga trading uptake......sounds contrived to me

    i stand to be corrected here however a 20% contrary vote would see the deal collapse. Tiga looking to make arbitrage profits or are they seeking to block and enable another bid?
