Actually, the opposite.
Plan A for Galan has always been the domestic feedstock sales route, because of the uncertainty of the export license situation. Plan B was to potentially export overseas but that comes with its own challenges to navigate i.e. distance/access to port.
Unless I’ve missed something in a past interview, it feels like his timeline target of completing phase 1 construction in Q3 was new to me.
