Will be interesting to see what office of appeals convenor thinks, so far we have previous assessors seeing no issue, we have an EPA assessment showing no issue, all we have is one assessor at the department, who seems to have gone rouge in denying this permit.
I think this independent third party appeal is very realistic chance of success.
