You are missing a great deal and nothing at the same time. True M/C is the thing to compare but some of the comments I have read here tonight are disturbing.

AVB is back to a M/C of $65M approx at 16c.

Directors have done what they said they would since Oct 08 re-float. Yes they did use the 'strong news flow' statement a bit too much earlier however as a businessman I know things appear ready to happen and can take longer - usually! I think from reading every report they have released that they are genuine. Mr Wood loaned $250k to AVB during the suspension period - Oct 3rd - assisted with the shortfall and was only earning $60k PA in the early days so show some respect please other posters.

When they have gotten stronger in their language on news etc it has generally happened. This is not a scam in my opinion - I do understand disappointment along the way but not some comments - not fair at all. Undeserved criticism we are in a period of 'strong news flow' with:
Permitting of exploration for Vale = $250k
Planned drilling at Serra Verde to start
Trial mining license
Updated JORC on the HGZ - spoke to a mining engineer today and we think it expanded significantly presenting new options or additional cash flow over 18 - 24 months.
Possible JV's over other projects - and
Additional projects (been talking about this for a year and do deliver new ones at times - sense a new one very soon by the language.
Biggie - decision to mine before end 2010.

Vale would have taken out the best of the Fe and there is no guarantee of even $10M so don't factor this in particular except to say that Vale do their DD with expertise and would not do a JV with a scam company!

Cash from the expanded HGZ is more than I have seen estimated here and the low cost to produce is not commented on accurately either - its better than on this thread.

It's 3am and I have been in the office 18 hours today - put family and several clients in today on this sell off. I may be premature however I did not want to not be in this one with so much news to flow in very near future.

Lastly the results of the next drilling will not be seen for quite a while - i don't know maybe 3 months to get first ones but will be worth waiting for. Plenty of news to come folks and many more investors have found this one now.

I take a risk being positive when people are upset about the current SP action. I refuse to down a stock when price is falling. I am trying to add the balance here amid the perceived gloom. Everybody will go all upbeat when things pick up - I am a contrarian and it helps me make money.
AVB has been re-rated and quite properly so.
