One of the main reasons of increase in Autism cases is better diagnostics comparing to 5 and 10 years ago where Autistic kids were not diagnosed correctly unless they were sever on the spectrum...and that is important because all these kids can get help in specialized schools, better ABA therapies and earlier the better. Also think about the countries where healthcare is minimal and these kids are left over on a streets or in orphanages... telehealthcare could be a good solution there
