    CSE shares have only increased due to the Kagara Offer.

    To pay for the mine via a combination of equity financing/JV partner/debt financing, the dilution factor in ownership/cash flow for existing shareholders will be huge. CSE has a resource but has no money to develop it and this is a big problem and the market knows this.
