dude has been buying up shares in a company with a product he wants access to and you're not at least raising an eyebrow?

i'll say it again - perhaps, just perhaps SurgCenter is one of the perpetual "partnership discussions" but he didn't like the price so he figured he'd buy up the company at a discount to what the buy in for the partnership was?

he now controls > 13 % of the company and you're not wondering why? and you'll note that I intentionally excluded the word "hostile". Who says it has to be hostile. Maybe he's angling for a second seat on the board, maybe he wants the big seat. Maybe he just want control and not an actual takeover?

given the amount of other BS speculation across multiple threads for this stock ("anything under $10 is cheap") I don't think wondering what might be the intentions of a person who is very overtly accumulating stock might be.

unless of course we fall back to old faithful that he seen the light and is now prostrate at the feet of the Messiah SI with his bushel of gold as an offering...
