i have a drp question.. its the tax stuff i don't understand
with BHP when i get my cash Div, that's easy, 100% franking for me means i pay no extra tax on that
if i elect DRP, i declare the extra shares.. but what happens with tax? no tax until i sell? and that's only if i make a profit.
i have been investing a very long time.. but never looked at DRP's
found it all to difficult, but is it simple and I'm not seeing it?
