in the lead up for the miraculous MOU announcement with the CHinese, ICN went up over 100% to 40 cents or so. So much was the excitment, before plummeting back to the high teens.
This new "development" has barely registered a ripple in the broader scheme of ICN's shareprice and has already resumed its downward curve.
ICN's situation hasn't changed.
