I looked into existing precedents regarding the amount of the award.
Unless the claim is dismissed, the facility amount seems to be 70% to 80% of the claim amount. (Legal costs are also 70 to 80%)
However, if it is related to taxes, I expect it almost 100%.
In addition, since the LIBOR rate + 4% compound interest is charged from the time of award,
If the Dominican Republic is normal, it will have to pay by issuing bonds.
Also, even if Antilles receives a loan using this as collateral, the interest rate to be received is higher than the interest rate on the loan.
