The deal has been cleverly structured to pay according to value and further payments are linked to rserves been proved up at varius levels. Again dilution kept to a minimum wuth 25 million coming from cash and 12.5 million from shares and shares issues in AUD to buy USD OIL - smart again

I really think this i a great positive and one of the best deals I have seen fpor a while. Note the field they are buying into has been already appraised and flow test with three wells, so risks of it not being a good asset very very low.
