It's not how you takeover ? you don't go buying on market you lob an off market bid and see if retail take the bite.
100mill for 30% with no flow test in a new basin is just fantasy land if you can show me such a deal anywhere in the world I'm all ears. After handing over this 100mil are they also not up for 30% of drilling cost
