    LOL - how do you come up with that calculation? at 2 cents none of the long dated options count - they are out of the picture

    at two cents you only have 3.5 billion shares and another 2 billion if all converted from the short dated options

    makes 5.5bn shares

    add a 100m for incentive shares

    now if 2c , your mkt cap is 110m !!!!
